Booking & Cancellations For specialty services (such as color corrections, extensions, or smoothing treatments), a non-refundable deposit may be required. This deposit is applied to your final balance. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a cancellation fee.
